Meeting Amenities

The Wisconsin Lions Camp can provide a variety of supplies to enhance your meeting, retreat or conference. Items available upon request include: dry-erase board, easels, DVD player, overhead projector, projection screen, slide projector and TV/VCR.  Items available for a small rental fee include:  Flip-chart paper, laptop, LCD projector, and a portable PA system.  Let us know how you’d like your meeting space arranged and the Wisconsin Lions Camp Staff will have everything ready before you arrive.

We have meeting spaces for groups of all sizes:

Smaller Groups (Up to 15)

For our retreat groups that are smaller in number we offer a widerange of meeting areas.  Smaller groups may even choose to use the lounge area in their cabin for meetings that require the utmost in privacy. 

Mid-Sized Groups (16 to 70)

For our retreat groups that are mid-size, we offer some of the finest meeting spaces available.  From the fireside lounge in the upstairs of Pinewood Lodge to the meeting room in our newly renovated Dining Hall, we can offer comfortable rooms with an eye on elegance.

Large Groups (71 – 179)

For our larger groups, we have a number of spacious areas available.  We can match your group to the atmosphere you desire.  Large groups may even choose the Rec Shelter for an indoor meeting space with a rustic, outdoor feel.  

Exclusive Use (180+)

Groups that are exclusive use automatically have access to all meeting facilities, including the Dining Hall which overlooks Lions Lake.  Please call for more information.
